Most treatments start with a menu. This one starts with you. We talk, I listen, and then I draw on everything in my toolkit: holistic and deep tissue massage, guided meditation, aromatherapy, sound, stillness. Whatever the day calls for, in whatever order it calls for it.
It is the treatment where my "intuitive" isn't a buzzword. Over 12 years of hands-on experience means I can feel where your body is holding on and follow it, rather than working to a script. No two sessions are ever the same, including your own.
