Before you book
Deposits & cancellations, in plain English
Deposits. A deposit is taken when you book online. Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel or don't attend, but if you reschedule using the link in your confirmation email, your deposit transfers automatically to your new appointment.
Cancellations. Cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment are charged at 50% of the treatment price. A no-show is charged at 100%.
Running late? Get in touch as soon as you can and we will do our best to protect your treatment time.
This site collects no personal data. Bookings, payments and reviews are handled by Goldie on their own platform.
